Using the site
playzibblewock is provided for personal, non-commercial enjoyment. You may play the embedded Matching-fruits game and read our guides freely. Please don't attempt to disrupt, overload, copy or misuse the site or its embedded content, and don't use it in any way that breaks applicable law.
The embedded game
Matching-fruits is an embedded browser game provided by a third party and displayed within a frame on our site. We host it for your convenience but did not develop it. We can't guarantee it will always be available, and its behaviour is controlled by the provider. If the provider changes or removes the game, availability here may change accordingly.
Fair play
Please play the game as intended. Automating play, exploiting bugs, or interfering with how the embedded frame works goes against the spirit of a simple memory game and may affect your experience. Keep things sporting and let the game be a fun test of recall and timing.
Display names and the weekly board
If you save a display name for a potential future feature, keep it respectful and appropriate. It is stored locally on your device. The weekly board on this site is a decorative preview and does not record any real results, so nothing you do is submitted to a sample rankings.
Intellectual property
The playzibblewock name, site design, written guides and layout are ours or used with permission. The embedded game and its assets belong to their respective owner. Please don't copy or redistribute our content without permission.
No warranties
The site and the embedded game are provided "as is". We make no promises about uninterrupted availability or that everything will always be error-free. We work to keep things running smoothly, but occasional issues may occur, and we accept no liability for any interruption to play.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the content on this page. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Account suspension
Playzibblewock Games may remove board entries or suspend accounts that use automation, exploit bugs or carry offensive display names. Suspension simply removes a name from the board — but a clean weekly board matters to every honest player on it, which is why we act on abuse quickly.
Governing spirit
These terms exist to keep a free game fair and pleasant. Interpret every clause in that light: play with skill, respect other players, and the ice is yours as long as you want it.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the game evolves — for example when a new game is added or tournament rules are refined. The current version always lives at this address; material changes are announced on the blog before they take effect. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Severability
